Cloud4Wi’s work on the PerDormire digital transformation project gains immense recognition at the fourth edition of the Digital360 Awards
SAN FRANCISCO/PISA – July 16, 2019 – Cloud4Wi, the leader in location services, wins the Digital360 Award for the category of “CRM and Solutions for Marketing and Sales”. The company was recognized for the innovative technological solutions that it provided to the bedding retailer PerDormire.
With Cloud4Wi’s help, PerDormire implemented customer insights technology across 110 stores all over Italy, thus improving the omnichannel experience. Thanks to WiFi, PerDormire customers can sign up for the company’s rewards program through an in-store welcome portal. This allows the brand to collect personal data of its customers, along with their preferences — all complying with GDPR and respecting shoppers’ privacy. Doing so has helped PerDormire better understand the offline behaviors of its customers who have already given consent to collect their data, and predict the future purchase paths of its customers. Additionally — by consolidating customer data collected from various stores — PerDormire can build a comprehensive profile for each customer. Thanks to this 360-degree view of its customers, PerDormire can easily customize the omnichannel experience of its shoppers.
The Digital360 Awards recognized the originality and innovation of Cloud4Wi in supporting PerDormire through the digital transformation process.
The winners of the fourth edition of the Digital360 Awards were selected by a jury of over 100 CIOs and top managers of the main public and private organizations in the country. Seven successful use cases of new technologies — including Big Data, the Internet of Things, eSupply Chain, Smart Working, Mobile Business, and CRM — were chosen based on the following criteria: originality, concrete benefits, and scalability in every business sector. The seven winning projects were selected from 29 finalists who pitched their solutions at the final phase of the contest: 3 days organized in Lazise (VR) with moments of discussion, study and networking between companies and startups the presence of the main ICT vendors, who illustrated the digital developments of the future.
