Cloud4Wi acquires Hadabean in proximity marketing team up

The deal combines Wi-Fi and beacon-based engagement platforms to meet customer demand for proximity marketing

SAN FRANCISCO – September 8, 2015 – Cloud4Wi, creator of an award-winning platform that revolutionizes Guest Wi-Fi, today announced its recent acquisition of Hadabean, the Italian company that has developed the cloud marketing solution, isProximity.

Terms of the deal between the privately held companies were not disclosed.

Cloud4Wi is a leader in turning Guest Wi-Fi into a marketing and analytics asset for businesses. The company offers a unique cloud platform for hosting Guest Wi-Fi, using it to engage customers and to collect valuable data about them and their behavior.

The Hadabean team adds tremendous experience to Cloud4Wi, including, engagement, advertising and big data, cloud platform deployment, mobile apps development, iBeacon, and customer analytics.

The isProximity Cloud Platform can deliver powerful proximity marketing campaigns through Beacon and Mobile App. It also monitors marketing campaign performance, leveraging valuable analytics, and enables advanced targeting based on customer profile.
