Terms of the deal between the privately held companies were not disclosed.

The Hadabean team adds tremendous experience to Cloud4Wi, including, engagement, advertising and big data, cloud platform deployment, mobile apps development, iBeacon, and customer analytics.

The isProximity Cloud Platform can deliver powerful proximity marketing campaigns through Beacon and Mobile App. It also monitors marketing campaign performance, leveraging valuable analytics, and enables advanced targeting based on customer profile.
